Complaining is so common that most people who complain don't even realize they are doing it.
And many people believe that the only way to change things is to complain about what's wrong.
But the sad fact is that complaining not only DOES NOT change things, it also adversely affects our health, wealth, and relationships.

It starts with a two hour workshop on ZOOM where you'll learn:
- What (exactly) complaining is.
- The four stages of going complaint free.
- How to shift from complaining to problem solving.
- How to harness the power of appreciation and make this shift easier.

And then you'll join a private member group, and participate in daily interactions; videos, exercises, and stories that strengthen your own complaint free journey, for a total of 21 days!
