January is traditionally the month of resolutions, intentions, and mostly just changing everything. Roger Ruiz and his friend Ameliem, as shown in the picture, are fixing our Sanctuary structure. It seems we have a rusted drain that needs replacement. These 2 men of O&R landscaping have helped us begin our structural year upon the recommendation of Unity Board Member Judy Rebessa recommended Roger and he went to work immediately. Seems rusted drains are fixable, not unlike the rusted parts of our life. Not only did Roger and Ameliem knew what to do, they had the parts and expertise to do it. We’re much the same with our rusted parts. Those things that have done their work and now need to be casted aside, we decide what it is that is rusted and affirm what we would have: New systems. Here’s to replacing what needs to go into your life, with a new system. What is rusted? What needs replacing? Who can help? What is the cost of keeping it? For us, that cost would have been leakage into our precious Sanctuary. Not for us, not for you. Keep the flow going. Replace what is needed. Do it now; it’s almost February.
